Here are sample emails for discussion group leaders to use to enroll students, to create a waiting list when a class is full, to enroll students on the waiting list after experiencing no shows, to inform students on the waiting list how to enroll whenever you schedule future classes, and to remind students of upcoming classes. Be sure to replace the information in the emails for my Flagstaff class with the information for your class.
